Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, country-pop musician and songwriter, when she was a character in the series One Tree Hill. She was Alex for three of its last four seasons. In episodes of the show, Jana Kramer performed her country debut albums. The album with the same name was ranked within the Top 20. The follow-up Thirty One in 2015 Thirty One reached the Top Ten. The decade came to an end with appearances on Dancing with the Stars, television shows, and singles that were not album tracks. The self-doubting Voices came out in 2021. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native, who grew up in the country genre. Though she had the acting and recording professions, her debut on screen took place in the independent horror movie Dead/Undead (2002) while still at high school. After a few guest appearances in All My Children or CSI: NY, Kramer landed the role of Noelle Davenport in NBC Friday Night Lights in the second season of 2007-2008. Kramer was then on TV in the role of Portia Ranson on 90210 from 2008 to 2009 and Brooke Manning in Entourage in the year 2009. The actress became a part of the cast on CW One Tree Hill in 2009 in the role of Alex Dupre, and she stayed up until the finale in 2012, which was half way in. She continued to act in films like Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would appeal to her fans. The second album of Kramer's Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15th, 2015. I Got the Boy - an album that was a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped the album reach the top 10 of the Billboard 200. In September of 2016, her appearance on the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars lasted two months before ending with a 4th place final. The same year, she made a splash with an adult contemporary hit song called Straight No Chaser's Feels like Christmas.
